The Blue Cow Barracks is located on the famous Torna pedestrian street
in front of Riga’s 13th Century City Wall. On the same street you will
find The Gun Powder Tower and The Swedish Gate. Its a smaller guesthouse hostel that offers a very comfortable stay in the historic old town.
